For whom?
This package is put together for people who are still unsure whether online learning works for them, (or are convinced that it doesn't work for them...), for people who want to get a taste of what it does when you get started with your own posture and sitting, or who are interested in doing my online training but are hesitant about the purchase price.
This starter bundle, the content of which comes from the online training 'Rider Biomechanics by Roos Dyson', gives you the opportunity to get started in an accessible way.

Or read on...
The idea of this start up package arose because I often speak to people who are convinced that you cannot learn horse riding from your computer. That this is only possible with an instructor in the course who gives you direct feedback on what he or she sees. And to be honest... I had this conviction too! Exactly this thought had prevented me from setting up an online training in recent years, despite the fact that I did get the question regularly. From misconception to quality
However, this misconception has provided a great advantage: in putting together my online training, I have been very aware of the importance of analyzing, experimenting, executing and feeling during the learning process. And also of the different learning styles of individuals. Because I wanted to put away something qualitatively good, I was actually constantly trying to prove the opposite of my own beliefs. And let that have succeeded... I notice this from the many enthusiastic reactions from the users of my online training 'Rider Biomechanics by Roos Dyson'.

Don't fire your instructor!
Someone who has sold many thousands of equestrian online training courses claims that his online customers have even better results than his 'live' students. And I now understand why; You don't have an instructor who chews everything up, but you are now not only a student but also your own instructor, with all the necessary knowledge and insight that entails! I do have a caveat: you will never hear me say that with my online training you have to completely put your instructor aside. As far as I'm concerned, the ideal situation is both: gaining knowledge, insight and skills about posture and sitting with the online training, and also continuing to puzzle with your instructor who is on the course. Think of it as a school; A good education has theoretical subjects, practical lessons, and internship. That's how my training is structured. If you can involve your own instructor in the exercises you do in my online training, that's fantastic. Because in this way we can spread the oil slick of 'healthy riding' further and further.
From discipline struggles to addiction danger
The only thing you do need for online learning is that extra bit of discipline to actually get started. Once started, it is not that difficult anymore. Because working on your seat is extremely addictive once you notice that (very) small differences in yourself can bring about the biggest improvements in your horse. But especially in the beginning, I recommend that you just schedule the training sessions in your calendar as you would with a lesson from your instructor. And if it is tempting to put it aside, remember the following statement about discipline: "Discipline is about doing what you want most, in stead of doing what you want now." (Freely translated: Discipline is doing what you find most important instead of what you want to do now.)
